Worship Ministry

 Corporate worship plays a huge part in the lives of  believers. It is a time when we come openly and honestly before God. While music is only one element of worship, it is a powerful expression that pleases God and brings joy and peace to us. We invite you to come and worship God with us this Sunday at Green Valley. 

Sunday Mornings @ 9:45AM & 11AM

Each week Pastor Dave, the Celebration Choir and praise band lead us in powerful worship in the Worship Center. Rather than putting a style label on our service, we choose to focus on offering ourselves to God through a time of praise that is best described as "high energy" and "intimate worship.”  If you like to sing new songs, many written by some of the leading worship artists of our time, then coming to our Saturday night and Sunday 9:45AM & 11AM services might be for you.

8:30AM Gospel Service

We have a service designed for those who enjoy songs that are a little more familiar.  It definitely is not a stodgy, “traditional” service- we clap,  sing, and celebrate what the Lord has done!  If you like music in the vein of  Standing on the Promises. Everybody Ought to Know, Standing in the Need of Prayer, The Old Rugged Cross- then this service might be for you.  We take the Lord’s Supper the first weekend of the month. Come early for a good seat!

Celebration Choir

We believe the choir is a worship leader at Green Valley. Choir is open to anyone who wants to make a commitment to sing and praise the Lord.  If you’d like to be a part of the choir, come join us for rehearsal this Wednesday night at 6PM in Room 10 (September through June), and for more information, call pastor Dave at the church office.
